Leon Lategan – Managing Director
Leon has extensive knowledge of the Internet marketing industry. He has built his knowledge base through hands-on experience since entering the industry in 1997. Although he is qualified in conversion optimisation, Leon’s real skill lies in identifying business opportunities for clients and enhancing the talents of Purple Cow’s employees, ensuring that the company offers its clients tailor-made solutions implemented by experts. Before founding Purple Cow, Leon cut his teeth at IOL, first as Marketing and Sales Director and then as M.D.
Shireen Solomon – General Manager
Shireen has been with the company since its inception and is extremely passionate about Internet marketing and with 10 years of experience, her dedication is clear. The career path that led to her to Purple Cow started with her position as Regional Sales Manager at IOL, where she met Leon. Her extensive experience in the industry has equipped her with a diverse set of skills, which gives her the ability to manage staff, liaise with clients and implement office logistics, as well as deal with miscellaneous situations on the fly. In her time at Purple Cow, Shireen has interacted with all clients in some way, and has acquired knowledge of a wide variety of industries, financial models and advertising campaigns.
Eugene Visser – Operations Director
Eugene’s role is perfectly suited to him as he has a passion for all aspects of Internet marketing, as well as providing clients with the outcomes they desire. Eugene is currently working on his Doctorate in Information Technology with special emphasis on the fusing of Search Engine Optimisation and Website Usability. He joined the Purple Cow team over four years ago as a search analyst and has quickly ascended the ranks driving excellence and accountability with his divisions.
